We are one of the last labs in the region to process film locally.
Same-day Colour Film Processing
We use Kodak chemistry and Noritsu V30 for C-41, and Ilford chemistry and Paterson equipment for B&W

Note, we individually process each B&W roll by hand *

Suitable for photos printed standard size, or social media

Recommended for enlarged prints up to 12x18”
~25 / 30 MB file size, resolution: 6774 x 4492px JPEG
Can’t make it to Wanaka? Use our Film Drop-off in Queenstown.
Drop your film rolls at Black Peak Gelato, fill out the form, and we’ll take it over the hill for you to be developed. Easy as!

Film Delivery by Mail
If you’re not in Wanaka or Queenstown, we accept film rolls and single-use cameras sent to us by mail for processing.
Please include:
Your contact details: name, email address, phone number, and postal address
Instruction on whether you’d like your film scanned at Standard or High Resolution (please note, Half Frame cameras must be scanned at High Resolution*)
If you want your film negatives posted back to you, a pre-addressed return envelope large enough to accommodate your negatives and/or prints (please note, our typical processing services DO NOT include prints and are an additional cost*)
After receiving your film, we will contact you to collect payment *
