Returns Policy
Our policy expires after 14 days from date of payment. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

Please choose your products carefully as we do not have to accept returns of products if you have changed your mind.
If at our discretion, we do accept any products back we may at our discretion charge a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the order (not incl freight). In any event any returns must be requested to us within 14 days of the order being placed/paid for.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unopened.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require our receipt or proof of purchase from us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less a credit card fee of 3%. At our discretion we may also charge a 25% restocking charge which will be deducted from any refund before any refund is made.

If your refund concerns a faulty product or incorrectly dispatched item, delivery charges for that item will also be refunded.

Faulty products
We will honour our obligations in regard to purchase of faulty equipment as covered by the NZ credit consumers guarantees act as long as we have been notified by email/writing within 30 days of purchase. Faulty is deemed manufacturing/shipping only and will not cover water, dust or impact damage or criminal damage/loss.

We only replace items if they are defective (manufacturing) or damaged (in transit). If you need to exchange it for the same or nearest equivelent item in stock, please notify us first by email at and send your item to: Yes Photo&Digital 14 Helwick Street, Wanaka, Otago, NZ 9305.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Yes Photo&Digital 14 Helwick Street Wanaka Otago NZ 9305 as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We wont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non receipt of goods
Non receipt of goods should be notified to us by email/writing within 6 working days of any order being placed. We will investigate the claim and if we are sufficiently satisfied with the validity of the claim will send out replacement goods to the same shipping address or another location for signed collection as we deem fit. If you have not notified us within 10 days of non delivery of products we may not replace the missing or damaged products,at our discretion.
